Bad News... the Deal is OFF! :(

Well we were sooo close to owning a new house!! We got news today that the buyers for our house have terminated their contract..... They had a home inspection done and it found some things.. (normal for a 60 yr old house) and we were in the process of having them fixed. All of the things were very minor and not expensive. The buyers decided last minute that they "wanted to rent a while longer" because "they feel like buying an old house isn't smart for their first house". Eventhough I understand how they feel, I am sooo upset!! We were SOO close! I loved that house we were buying soo much, and now we are having to give it up. We're going to be signing termination paperwork on that contract now! Now, instead of stressing about packing while I'm off work and getting things done in time, now I have to unpack stuff so we can show our house if we need to. I am going to take sometime to unwind from this knot I'm in.... I know GOD has a plan and he will guide us through this difficult time!! I just have to keep my faith in that!!! ~B
