A busy, but wonderful week...

I thought I would take a minute out of this crazy week to update the three of you that read our blog!! :) I have been in search of a new, family friendly, shopping budget friendly job. I applied, on a whim, for a sales/marketing job for a "new to Wichita Falls" company, Pacific Pulmonary Services. I have been thru 4 rounds of interviews... phone interview, Chally Testing, District Manager and the Regional Manager today... I received an email from human resources today to send in some paperwork for my background check... and as it said "...you can assume that you are progressing well toward an offer as we rarely request a background check for a candidate that is not eventually hired." I feel pretty positive.. I am very nervous/anxious about the fact that I'll be in a sales position. I feel sure I can do it, just nervous. I'm very excited that I have the potential to make twice what I'm making now! The regional manager I met with today, wants me to do a ride along in Weatherford, this month.. then I'll do training... I'll have to go to Novato, California for training for three weeks, a week at a time. I'm not real excited about this, but it'll be ok... I have been so frustrated at "missed opportunities" lately with my career.. I just didn't realize that God had a plan all along! It's amazing what He can do when you had it all over to Him. I know all of this sounds great, about the new job and all.. I'm just excited to be able to cook my family dinner every night and do a load of laundry before bed... like a normal working mom & wife!
