Seven Months Old

Yes, that's right! It really has gone by that fast! Landrie Kay is 7 months old! She is still the absolute best baby, and such a ray of sunshine! Her little personality is really starting to show! She is laid back like her daddy, but also has a quick fiery temper like him too! If you tell her no or take something from her, she'll grunt and scream! So fun! She laughs a lot, and has really started to have a voice! She has also started snorting! It's very cute! Her sissy is still her favorite person ever! She just almost convulses and jumps out of her seat, she is so excited, when she sees her walk in the room! Sissy thinks she is pretty special too!









There is no well check appointment this month, so I have no idea her stats! She is growing like a weed! Her eyes are still multicolored, and can't decide between brown, blue or green. I think they look like the earth! Her hair is coming in light brown and even looks kinda blonde in the sun! She still doesn't have any teeth, but constantly has something in her mouth to make you think she's working on one! She's not crawling officially, but she REALLY wants to! She will rock back & forth on all fours and either face plant or give up and army crawl. So funny!

Little L is still eating great! She loves her baby food, which is so different from Aniston! I posted about how she's a noisy eater... This continues! Now, she has added slamming her hands on her highchair tray! She refuses to hold her bottle by herself.. She'd rather you do it for her and she wants to hold your hand! When she is sleepy and taking her bottle she grabs at her tummy and will pinch in with her hand. Her little tummy will be red since she stays naked most of the time!

Landrie has been rudely introduced to summer in hell, I mean Wichita Falls! We are on our 54th day over 100 degrees. We have spent a lot of time in the pool and air conditioning! Here she is sitting poolside with Maddox!


She even went to the lake for the first time! I have no pictures of this on my phone, but she stayed indoors with Nana all weekend where it was cool!

This sweet perfect baby is still sleeping like an angel! She goes to bed around 9 or 9:30 and sleeps until 9 or 10! I couldn't ask for more! She will take a couple short naps during the day, but other than that doesn't require much sleep!

Here is a picture her daddy sent me tonight while I'm at work. He left the room and when he cane back, she was like this. She sat up by herself! What a big girl! AND sooo stinking cute!


I was so scared to have a second baby, and couldn't understand how I would love another baby as much as I do Aniston. I still don't understand it, but it happens. God just makes more love, which doesn't seem possible. I can't imagine our life without this precious baby girl! She is such a gift from God!
