2 months old

Sweet Baby Landrie,

You are two months old now, and growing so fast. I am so proud to be your mommy, and I know Daddy feels the same. You spend your days smiling, and checking out your environment. You are really starting to hold your head up very well. You are wearing size 1 diapers, although they're still a little big. Mommy is still able to nurse you, and you continue to eat very well. You're a PIG! Your big sissy loves you SO much! She is always wanting to hold you, and love on you. Her favorite thing to do is brush your hair. She also LOVES helping with diaper duty and bath time. She can't wait until you're able to play with toys in the bath with her! You are wearing mostly size 0-3 month clothes, and some newborn jommies. You really LOVE the sunshine. Luckily it has been pretty outside for the past several days and we've spent some time in the fresh air. Sissy had soccer practice and you spent the time sun bathing! You love Mommy and you light up when you hear my voice, but you are definitely a Daddy's girl. If you are fussy, which is very rare, he can hold you and you are happy instantly! While Mommy is working nights, you have been at home with Daddy and Sissy. Mommy was very nervous about this because I didn't want Daddy to be overwhelmed. Thankfully, you are both doing so awesome! Daddy is amazing, and he does a great job with you. You are sleeping really well, and most nights you sleep through the night. We have to go for your check up and shots on Thursday, and I think you'll weigh close to 10 pounds! You have lost most of your hair just like Sissy did. We've noticed you have a "strawberry" birth mark on your head. It's about a quarter of an inch in size, and on the left side of the crown of your head. We call it your angel kiss. Your Sissy loves it that you were kissed by an angel like her. She has a little pink dot on her face by her left eye. Here is a picture of you from tonight... always smiling!
