Speaking of clinic care... We struggled with whether to take her to clinic care for days. She was congested, fussy, coughing, and screaming and pulling at her right ear. I knew if I took her I'd feel stupid if it was "just allergies", after all.. That's kinda my thing. But if I didn't take her I'd feel just awful if she was ski or had an ear infection and I did nothing. So, Friday morning we went. Me and both girls. After working all night. So, to answer your question... Yes, I'm stupid. Those of you that have kids will get this.. Those of you that don't, remember this... Clinic Care is awful.. It's the closest thing to horribly awful you can imagine! A waiting room full of sick screaming kids, irritated and sleep deprived parents, it's ALWAYS 125 degrees there, and inevitably a kid will puke while you're there! So, this time I got really lucky, and I was the first person there and on the list so I was in and out quick.. A long story short... Just allergies.. And teething. And, to answer your question.. Yes, I have had a child before, I should know better! Ugh! After a few days of a decongestant and humidifier she was back to her happy self!
Here is a sweet picture of us resting while she was sickly. All she wanted to do was be held and snuggle! It a shame she felt bad because I sure enjoyed it!

Another first for L was a wedding. She went to her first wedding. Our best friends, Kevin and Kristen got married July 30th. It was gorgeous and L was so good! She sat with uncle Brennon while mommy videoed. And, she looked adorable, IF I do say so myself!

Landrie had a few more firsts, like crawling, pulling up to her knees, then a few days later.... This!

Now, it's constant. She gets up and thinks she is something special, then she gets stuck and screams until you either pick her up or help her sit down! Here she is showing mommy how proud she is!

Another first... Eating. She has progressed to stage 3 baby foods and has even started eating some "people food" mashed up. She's still a great eater and has a great appetite. She loves her bottles, which I call her "bobble" because that's what Aniston would feed her babies when she was a toddler. Aniston thinks it's funny to hear stories about herself!
Here is the big girl holding her bottle. She holds it so weird. If you move her hands down, she puts them back like this...

Speaking of Aniston. She helped participate in another first for Landrie. This, isn't a good one... She dropped Landrie. And, no, not on her head. She landed on her side and arm. Aniston tried picking her up and Landrie arched her back and flipped out of her arms. Sissy felt just awful, and she said "it broke my heart apart". We had a long talk and accidents happen. I did have to admit that her mommy dropped her baby sister on her head on the concrete floor trying to do the exact same thing. And, yes... That is what's wrong with her.. I take full responsibility! Ha! Just kidding Mal!
Here is L and her amazing big sissy!

Landrie is still a sleeping beauty! She sleeps about 10-11 hours a night, and wakes up happy. This is how you're greeted when you open her door now..

She is wearing size 6-9 months, and refuses to keep a bow/headband in her hair.
She is absolutely a DOLL! such a sweetie!
We are having so much fun! We can wait until the weather starts cooling off.. Maybe we can play outside!!
Mommy and Daddy love you!
And Sissy says "I love you bunches!
