It's Been Awhile

I am way behind. I have actually blogged several different posts for several different important "events" over the last month and a half, on my phone, and apparently the blogpress app doesn't like me. So, for all of my 3 followers, and myself when I look back at this.. here is a recap of our November...

Randy: Working and building a race car when he's not being "Daddy-Mr.Mom". As you can all imagine, this is a busy time for your package deliverers, including our Daddy. No offense to my #1 guy, there isn't much to speak of for him... He's pretty boring (lucky guy).

Britany: Working (sometimes), crafting, PTA Momming, Cleaning (sometimes), and chasing kiddos. November was busy for us because of the holidays and the end of Soccer & Volleyball. I coached both teams The Sparks Soccer & The Lady Spikers Volleyball. The Sparks ended up no so bueno. We lost a LOT, but had a LOT of fun! Well, I did. They were great girls, and for the most part I had a great time with the parents. You know how it is, there is always that ONE. The Lady Spikers didn't win much. Well, we didn't win AT ALL during the season. We played the same two teams over and over all season.. 42 times total I think. We were young (5th and 6th graders mostly) and they were older (8th graders). We got creamed everytime. Every time until the last game of the end of year tournament. We beat a team to win 2nd place in the tournament. It was fantastic! My favorite moment with LSVB EVER! So fun! It was one of those nail biter, tense, back & forth, suspenseful games.

I have been the busiest with my projects. As I have mentioned I discovered Pinterest. I've made several things. My first was this crayon wreath for Mrs. Griffith. I also made the Fall teacher gifts for the teachers that were in this post. The apple treats in this post. My inspiration for my pantry project in this post was from Pinterest. Several of our poses and ideas for our family pictures that Devon did, shown here, were from Pinterest. I made Christmas gifts for teachers, ornaments for friends and family and got lots of Elf on the Shelf ideas. Aniston and I have been working (slowly) on her room, which I'll write about in another post. Christmas and Landrie's birthday party have been Pintastic! I'm loving every minute of it. I could honestly do this for a living. I'm the only one who would buy my stuff but I'd have fun doing it, and Hobby Lobby would make some serious bank off of me!

Aniston: She did a fantastic job in soccer this season. She frustrates her daddy and her coach because she practices like Mia Hamm but plays like a Virginia Ham! She acts scared and timid and it DRIVES.US.CRAZY! She is so talented at such a young age, she is just a sissy girl! I have to remember she is ONLY 5! She is doing SO SO SO wonderful in school. She is SUPER smart and we get a wonderful report everyday. She has only had 1 warning all year so far. When we went for teacher conferences Mrs. Griffith said she has to "get on to her" for bossing and "helping" other kids too much. HA.. imagine that! She is my child!! HA! She has been so excited for Christmas and she is absolutely in LOVE with her little sissy. She is the BEST big sissy, such a big helper, so sweet, so forgiving, understanding, and caring. She has the best heart and her personality is so wonderful. She is witty, funny, sassy, a little shy, and sensitive. She cares so deeply and wonders so amazingly. I love that little girl to the moon and back a million times!

Landrie: This has been a busy time for our sweet L. She has walked, talked, fallen, eaten, and even been to the ER. I will post about her birthday, party (and ER visit) and 1 year check-up separately, but she has been busy. She started walking and popped out 2 teeth all in the same day.. December 8th. She has two more, her top front two about to bust through any day. She is SO funny, and she keeps us laughing. She is much more mild mannered than Sissy, more like Daddy. Stay tuned for lots on little L.

I'm gonna get all caught up on blog posts... I promise...
